UFC: 2009 Undisputed is one of the better MMA fighter games available at the moment. Sadly since release the games online mode has been ruined by people quitting matches before they lost the fight. As a result a large number of people have stopped playing online completely.

THQ, have recently announced that a patch that would fix the issue was in development and should be available shortly, though no details where really given as to how the “quitters” would be dealt with. …read more

The only thing that is hampering THQ’s UFC: 2009 Undisputed is the fact that people are able to quit from a ranked online match without any effect to their score. This has completely killed the online aspect of the game for many people.

Joystiq is reporting that the demo for THQ’s UFC 2009: Undisputed will be available on both XBLM and PSN on the 23rd of April.

THQ have just issued a press statement, revealing the cover art for the upcoming UFC 2009: Undisputed. Medianator were luck enough to go to an exclusive preview night for the game back in February and will also be posting a review closer to the games release in May.

“THQ announce fan-favourite and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin will grace the worldwide cover of the upcoming UFC 2009 Undisputed videogame.  Griffin, a prominent fighter with solid striking skills, earned his initial UFC contract in 2005 after winning the first season of Spike TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show (airing on FUEL TV in Australia).
