It has been revealed by Martin Campbell, Director of the Green Lantern film. That Sinestro who is being played by Mark Strong, will not be the main villain in the film.
In a interview with IGN Campbell revealed that Hector Hammond will also be in the film.

Ain’t It Cool News have posted quite a delicious rumour about the Green Lantern film, due to release in June, 2011. The rumour suggests that Jackie Earle Haley, who played Rorschach in the Watchmen film, is about to be cast as the main villain of the Green Lantern universe, Sinestro.
If this wasn’t exciting enough, the site also claims to have been given a tip claiming that Superman, could also make an appearance in the film. Hopefully, Brandon Routh will be picking up the man of steels uniform once again, as I really enjoyed his portrayal of the character in the last film. Routh is listed as being rumoured for the role over at IMDB but things can easily change, can’t they.
I was excited about the Green Lantern film before but now, it seems as that everything is falling into place to make it a fantastic superhero movie.

Who do we have to thank for this weeks Wednesday Weekly Wallpaper?
DC? - Naturally.
Martin Nodell? - Indirectly.
Gingas/Rangas/Chutney Crotches the World Over? Stretching it a bit, but maybe.

Last night when I had the chance to do whatever I wanted without any complaints from anyone, I decided to simply give myself over to the Fallout 3 franchise & be reborn as Guy Gardner in Vault 101. In the character design panel I gave myself Guy’s granite-like chin & chiselled jaw line, his long, yet stubby nose, narrow eyes if course, his ginger ninja locks (in a flat top style in honour of his days as Warrior, the Last Vuldarian). …read more
