I’m sure that at some point in time, everyone has received a viral email with a million and one Cyanide & Happiness comic strips c/o the talented psychotic people at Explosm.net. They’re the ones with the little stick figure men who have brought us such great lines as, “I’m not addicted to alcohol, alcohol is addicted to me,” and love scenes between man and cup-o-noodles and quite frankly, I love them…just not in a cup-o-noodles kinda way.
So fittingly, this weeks Friday Film Clip features (f**k that’s a lotta f’s) the Cyanide & Happiness crew as they face the dilemma of running out of booze at the height of the party.
Enjoy and if you like what you see then you can either check out more Cyanide & Happiness comics online …read more

I hate cats - plain & simple, I just don’t like them.
They sleep, they eat & they shit - they’re me with slightly more fur & I think that this world ain’t big enough for the two billion odd of us.
Having said that, I need keyboard cat in my life - nay, I can’t live without the little fella. Put it down to ranga solidarity, whatever, if he can provide me with comedic moments like this, then I’m down.
And hey, he even comes with a t-shirt.
Now, onto the clip, I know its childish, but my girl & I bought a puppy for XMAS & what you’re about to say is just another day in the life right now…well, not this extreme, but let’s just say that if his toy zebra was real, then we’d have some pretty interesting looking zeb-dogs running around these days. …read more

It’s Friday, it’s the end of the week, it’s time to blow off some steam and so for pure shits and giggles value, today’s FFC is another stumble-find c/o the good people at YouTube.
So may I present to you a little clip called, Bad Ass Breakdancing with Just Fingers - Fingers Breakdancing which features the talents of a ridiculously dextrous young man who likes black turtle neck jumpers & miniature Adidas kicks and whom can do some pretty impressive things with his fingers.
…I tried pretty hard to not make that sound dirty & am fully aware that I didn’t quite achieve it - sorry, but hey, the gutter maybe a dirty place to live, but its never without a view laughs! …read more

So, with the Soundwave Festival just around the corner (yeah, its 2010 already!), I’m beginning to get pretty amped for another great day of awesome bands, sunshine, good tunes & a little mayhem!
One band that I’m aching to catch is Gallows and thankfully they’re one of few bands whose timetable doesn’t clash with another bands schedule so if you’re anywhere near stage 5 at 12:40pm then keep an eye out for me & come say hi.
Gallows have a reputation for being a band that goes out on stage & leaves it all out there, giving everything they’ve got & delivering a passionate show both musically & performance-wise so if you’re still finalising your SW timetable then make sure you don’t overlook these guys.
This weeks FFC features the Gallows first single from their second album Grey Britain and lead singer Frank Carter states the inspiration of this song as, ”I was thinking about all the forgotten children who die before their parents, and this song is about one of those poor bastards becoming Death’s apprentice.” wiki, the clip also states quite clearly his feelings on religion & what he deems as corrupt governments. Regardless, the song & clip speak for themselves so check it out. …read more

So, today I will be handling the Friday Film Clip. You see, for the past week Ryan has been fighting a never ending battle against technology. First, his Xbox 360 suffered the fatal blow of a Red Ring Of Death and then, his internet stopped working. So I think its safer for everybody if Ryan stays away from anything with an electrical signal, at least until the end of the week.
This week, we take a look at the final installment of the Assassins Creed 2: Developer Diary. In this clip, we see a lot of differences in the games presentation and design when compared to the original. I always (as most did) thought Assassins Creed was a great …read more

In a week where my Xbox 360 has succumbed to the red ring of death and my modem has blown up, I feel the need to finish the week on a (posi) high. So how do we do that? We dive into the Lonely Island vault & take a look at their film clip for I’m On A Boat featuring T-Pain. No matter what’s gone wrong in your week, this song is guaranteed** to satisfy & put a smile on your proverbial dial.
If you like what you see, you can purchase a copy of the Lonely Island album Incredibad here or view more clips here.

Everyone loves a good montage & everyone loves GTA, so here’s where the two worlds collide thanks to ign.com
This weeks Friday Film Clip shows a series of clips taken from the latest instalment in the story lines to emerge from GTA IV - The Ballad of Gay Tony & showcases one of the main draw cards to this new adventure - base jumping!
That’s right, whereas before jumping off buildings resulted in a hearty splat sound followed by a few short steps from your nearest hospital, now you can literally pull the pin on all that drama & with it will follow the silk chute of life AKA a parachute (hey, I’m feeling whimsical which I feel is in keeping with the theme so just go with it!)
This certainly looks like a helluva lotta fun, but as you can see, it doesn’t necessarily mean that alls well that ends well… …read more

This week I’m going to share with you a song that makes me happy & without sounding like a tree-hugging hippy, being posi is what life is all about so share a little warmth out there today alright?.
Whilst not one of the best film clips out there, this is a track that always lifts my spirits & never fails to make me smile. In all seriousness, I usually listen to the Failsafe on a nigh daily basis, putting it on just as I step into the elevator at work in order to get me ready for the day ahead & its effect on me is immediate - all I need is to hear Branden come in with that opening drum beat & I’m in another world. …read more

War is hell.
In this modern age where words such as, ‘humanity’ & ‘teamwork’ have been replaced with ‘technology’ & ’synergies’, my workplace has undergone a restructure with whole teams being moved off-site & absorbed into other departments which has (for now) left my floor pretty much empty. So, faced with this little isle of peace, what do we do? We declare war! …read more
