The Rebirth of An Assassin.

Assassins Creed 2 has finally landed. Has it overcome all the issues of repetitiveness that the original game suffered from? I believe it has, I really do but thats for me to talk about in my review.

How do you feel about the game? Does it compare or stand out with the other blockbuster titles that have been released in the last few months? Modern Warfare 2, Uncharted 2, Borderlands. The list goes on and on.

We are always spoiled for choice when it comes to this time of year. October - December is always a serious gamers nightmare, too many good games, not enough time to play them all.

How are you handling the roster?

So, today I will be handling the Friday Film Clip. You see, for the past week Ryan has been fighting a never ending battle against technology. First, his Xbox 360 suffered the fatal blow of a Red Ring Of Death and then, his internet stopped working. Ubisoft have revealed further details on Assassins Creed 2. The sequel to 2007’s Assassins Creed, which while still a successful game, still had its downfalls.

The press release issued today by Ubisoft Australia provides further detail of the main character Ezio.

“AUSTRALIA – April 17, 2009 – Today Ubisoft announced that Ubisoft Montréal is developing Assassin’s Creed II on all current-generation platforms for a scheduled Christmas 2009 launch. The initial installment of Assassin’s Creed® was released in November 2007 to popular and critical success, selling 8 million copies worldwide, and garnering awards such as Best Action Game 2007 from 1UP and Outstanding Achievement in Animation from the AIAS. …read more

Assassins Creed 2 Details Emerge

I still haven’t finished the original Assassins Creed. I just got so bored with doing the same thing over and over again. This now means that I will be extremely cautious when loading up Assassins Creed 2 for the first time.
